Nicole brings over 20 years of experience in commercial, office, retail, industrial, HOA, and apartment management to Southpace Properties. She obtained her BA in Business Administration from Conestoga College in Ontario, Canada. Nicole’s extensive background in property management is complemented by her passion for building lasting relationships with clients and tenants.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cherishing moments with her beloved pet, Kevin.
