Alex Holt

Alex joined Southpace Properties after completing two summers as a property management intern, bringing a strong foundation in commercial real estate. A graduate of Rollins College with degrees in Business Management and Environmental Science, Alex is currently pursuing an MBA at UAB. Alex was recognized on the Conference Honor Roll for all four years, served as VP of Finance for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee, and was named Teammate of the Year for the Rollins College athletic department. Outside of work, Alex coaches youth soccer in Vestavia Hills, embodying a passion for teamwork and community involvement. Alex values building meaningful relationships with clients and tenants, driven by a commitment to quality service and effective communication in the commercial real estate industry.
