Ben Rysedorph is a commercial real estate professional at Southpace Properties, specializing in retail brokerage with a focus on tenant representation, landlord representation, and acquisitions. He brings experience across supply chain management, investment sales, and brokerage, giving him a well-rounded perspective on retail real estate strategy and execution.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University. Prior to joining Southpace, he worked with both a real estate investment group and a commercial real estate firm, where he gained hands-on experience in underwriting, deal execution, and market analysis across multiple asset classes. This background allows him to approach retail transactions with a strong understanding of operations, capital markets, and site selection.
A Birmingham native, Ben values collaboration and is proud to work alongside his brother, Sam, fulfilling a long-standing personal goal. Outside of the office, he enjoys live music, fishing, hunting, travel, and skydiving. Ben and his wife, Bentley, are expecting their first child later this year.
