Andrew Collat joined Southpace Properties in August of 2024, bringing in over a year of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Real Estate. Andrew is an active member of the Alabama CCIM Chapter and an aspiring CCIM designee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Andrew’s concentration is in retail tenant representation while working alongside Tyler Bradford with some of the top brands in the American retail industry. Andrew is passionate about working in the commercial real estate industry and is looking forward to making new relationships
