Mike White brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role as Vice President/Director of Property Management at Southpace Properties. With a successful and eventful 7-year tenure as Senior General Manager of the renowned Riverchase Galleria, Mike has established himself as a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Southpace, he made significant contributions to prominent companies such as Brookfield Properties and General Growth.

Mike’s career in commercial real estate spans various roles, including Director of Anchor Leasing and Development at AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, a Birmingham-based firm. During his time there, he played a key role in securing anchor tenants and overseeing development projects, showcasing his ability to navigate the complex landscape of the industry.

Beyond his accomplishments in the business realm, Mike’s background is marked by extraordinary achievements. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, he was not only a dedicated student but also a member of the Crimson Tide football team, earning the prestigious distinction of being an All-Southeastern Conference football player under the guidance of the legendary coach, Paul ‘Bear’ Bryant.

What truly sets Mike apart is his remarkable service to his country. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he served as a U.S. Navy SEAL for eleven years, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and a tireless work ethic, qualities that continue to drive his success today.
