Sam Rysedorph is a commercial real estate professional at Southpace Properties, specializing in retail brokerage with a focus on tenant representation, landlord representation, and acquisitions. He brings a strong analytical foundation shaped by experience in investment sales and market analysis, approaching each assignment with discipline and a long-term view of value creation.
Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University in 2024. Prior to joining Southpace, he spent two years with a real estate investment group, where he gained hands-on experience in underwriting, deal evaluation, and transaction support.
Sam is actively involved with Covenant Rescue Group, an organization dedicated to combating human trafficking. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, fishing, mountain biking, and attending sporting events with friends. He is excited to build the Rysedorph brothers’ brand and book of business while working alongside his brother at Southpace.
