Tropical Smoothie Cafe is coming soon to Wetumpka, Alabama. Hats off to 𝐁𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐭 and 𝐒𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐨 of 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 who represented 𝐓𝐒𝐂 and 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐲 of 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 who represented the landlord.

This location will be in the small shops space outparcel of the new Publix development that sits at the intersection of Highway 231 and Ft. Toulouse Road.

Meet 𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭. Luke started his career in January 2021 in St. Louis, MO, and is now a part of the Southpace Properties team in Birmingham, Alabama.

Luke holds a degree in 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 from 𝐂𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, where he developed expertise in sales and client relations. His tenure at Southpace has deepened his understanding of market dynamics and client needs.

Luke's commitment goes beyond transactions; he values understanding clients' goals to ensure success in every deal. He is known for his strong connections and results-driven approach.

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 joined the 𝟐𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤-𝐎𝐟𝐟 this year and received recognition as a 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 (𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟓𝟎) with 𝐁𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐭'𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤-𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞! The event drew 151 cook teams and over 13,000 attendees, raising more than $520,000. It proved to be a significant event for both the foundation and the community.

Introducing 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬, who joined #Southpace in February 2023 as a Junior Broker on Bryan Holt's Retail team. He's a graduate of 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 with a 𝐁𝐀 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. Cooper's passion for real estate led him to earn a Masters in Real Estate and Development from 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐨𝐧 in 2022. With valuable industry experience gained from internships at Coro Realty Advisors, Chick-fil-a Real Estate, and GBT, Cooper brings a sharp focus on acquisitions and site selection to our team. As a national member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and an active participant in UNLESS U, Cooper is deeply committed to professional growth and community involvement.

𝐀𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 began her journey in Commercial Real Estate in December 2013 and joined #Southpace in January 2019, specializing in 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭/𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Aside from her professional commitments, Alyssa is devoted to her family, being a wife to Chris and a mother of two girls, Blakely and Avery. She actively engages in community service, volunteering weekly at a transitional homeless shelter, and is a member of 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬.

Passionate about mentorship, Alyssa advocates for young brokers and females entering the industry. Her belief in providing encouragement and fostering positive learning environments has made a lasting impact. In 2019, Alyssa earned a 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 from Highlands College.
