Publix @ Tattersall Park Opening Soon; Inline Tenants Announced
Construction on the new Tattersall Park mixed-use development at the intersection of Highway 280 and Highway 119 is complete. Publix @ Tattersall Park grand opening is scheduled for 7:00 am, November 6th, 2019. Publix @ Tattersall Park will serve the Highway 280 and Highway 119 trade area, including the Brook Highland and Greystone communities. The shopping center was developed by White Development Company from Clearwater, FL. This is one of three Publix locations planned for the Birmingham metro area: with the Greenwise at Mountain Brook already open and the new Lakeshore Parkway location is nearing completion.
The accompanying 9,100 square feet of inline space at the Tattersall Park Publix-anchored center has officially been fully leased. Tenants will include Publix Aprons Cooking School, Goodwill, F45 Training, Beaute Nail Salon, and Clean Juice. Southpace’s Blake Thomas represented the landlord in these transactions.
Publix Aprons Cooking School
Publix Aprons Cooking School will occupy 2,600 square feet of space in the center. This will be Alabama’s first Aprons Cooking School location. The cooking school has 11 other locations, with the majority located in Florida. Aprons will offer cooking classes and demonstrations, including cooking techniques, kid’s and teen’s cooking, wine and beer pairings, and celebrity chef appearance events. Private, customizable events will be offered for parties, showers, corporate team-building events, and more!
Goodwill
Goodwill will be opening a 1,700 square foot attended donation center, its second Birmingham location, at Tattersall Park. Attended donation centers are a convenient place to drop off clothing and household items for Goodwill. Attendants will gratefully accept donations during stated hours. F45 Training
F45 Training will occupy 2,200 square feet in the center and provide a mix of circuit and high intensity training (HIIT) workouts lasting 45 minutes each. This will be F45’s third Birmingham metro location. Scott Simcik and Shaun Kennedy with FGP Commercial Leasing represented F45 in their new location.
Beaute Nail Salon
Beaute Nail Salon will be opening a 1,300 square foot nail salon. This will be the salon’s second Birmingham location; the first is located in the Publix anchored Patchwork Farms in Vestavia. Brooks Corr with The Retail Companies represented Beaute Nail Salon in their newest location at Tattersall park.
Clean Juice
Clean juice will occupy 1,300 square feet at Tattersall. Clean Juice will offer a menu including acai bowls, greenoa bowls, cold pressed juices, and smoothies. This will be Birmingham’s first Clean Juice. The company already has one in Huntsville and over 100 locations across the country. Brian Smith with Regent Commercial Real Estate represented Clean Juice in this transaction.
