Tyler is a data-driven commercial real estate expert with over 20 years of dealmaking experience, dedicated to helping clients make informed decisions and getting new stores opened. His career began at Books-A-Million as a real estate analyst after earning a finance degree from Auburn University. Over a decade at BAM, Tyler rose to Vice President of Real Estate, gaining extensive market knowledge and completing deals in nearly every major city across the continental U.S.

With a growing family, Tyler shifted his focus to retail brokerage and development closer to home. He specializes in single-tenant properties, leveraging a deep database of off-market sites to assist retailers and developers in acquiring prime 1-acre development locations.

Tyler’s expertise extends to advising single-tenant property owners on strategic decisions, drawing from his own experience as an owner. Whether it’s re-leasing, redeveloping, or selling, he provides guidance through the lens of a fellow property owner.

Tyler has developed projects for national brands, ranging from daycare centers to quick-service restaurants, auto parts, and dollar stores. His unique perspective as a former retailer ensures that his build-to-suit deals always focus on helping retailers achieve their ultimate goal: opening new stores.

Tyler and his wife, Beth, reside in Vestavia Hills with their three school-aged children. As his other job as a youth sports coach winds down, Tyler looks forward to continuing to support his kids in their various activities and might even find his way back to the golf course. The Bradfords are passionate travelers, always planning their next adventure.
