Alyssa Waters joined the Southpace team in 2019 and has over a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate. She specializes in Tenant and Landlord Representation and Property Acquisition and Dispositions.

She loves that every day brings something new and enjoys walking her clients through the deal flow process, adding market insight and education. Alyssa strives to provide responsive, excellent service to all her clients, from small start-ups to national brands. She approaches life from a perspective of humility and enjoys the fact that there is always something new to learn.

Alyssa finds joy and eternal purpose by serving others. She consistently gives her time and resources to help those less fortunate, serving those who are broken and hurting and those living in impoverished and oppressed communities around Birmingham. Alyssa is a natural encourager and always seeks to add value to every environment.

Born and raised in Birmingham, Alyssa resides in Hoover with her husband, Chris, and their two beautiful daughters. She also enjoys serving on the Outreach team at Church of the Highlands, where she and her family are involved.
