Cooper Cross

Cooper Cross joined Southpace in February of 2023 as a Junior Broker to Bryan Holt’s Retail Team. Cooper graduated from Samford with a BA in Finance and Entrepreneurship in 2020.

During his four years at Samford, Cooper played on the football team for the Bulldogs. He went on to get a Masters in Real Estate and Development from Clemson, graduating in 2022. During his schooling, Cooper interned with multiple real estate industry companies including Coro Realty Advisors, Chick Fil-A Real Estate, and GBT where he gained a keen understanding for acquisitions and site selection.

Cooper is involved in UNLESS U, a nonprofit school that fosters the growth of adults with disabilities, based in Birmingham.
