Joseph “Sam” Centeno
Sam Centeno, Associate Broker, joined Southpace Properties in May of 2017 after graduating from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration majoring in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate. Sam’s concentration is in retail tenant representation while working alongside Bryan Holt with some of the top brands in the American retail industry. Sam’s areas of expertise include market development planning, traffic analysis, lease and contract negotiation and retail development consulting. Sam is passionate about working in the commercial real estate industry and enjoys the continual daily learning, as well as the people-to-people relationships that coincide with the business. Sam is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and has completed courses C101, C103, and C104.
