Sam Centeno and Bradley Keller represented Outback Steakhouse in securing their new location in Pell City, Alabama. Thank you to Noah Jones at Atlantic Retail, who served as the master broker, and to developers Jamey Flegal and Kevin Jennings with Noon Development.

In Huntsville, Garrett worked alongside Andrew Cronin of Tidewater Development Group to bring Chase Bank to a new location on Winchester Road.

Garrett Laurie represented Tropical Smoothie Café in it's new location at Merry Corners, located in Pike Road in the Montgomery market.

Meet Matthew! Matthew Buckalew joined Southpace Properties in early 2025 as our new Junior Broker after earning his degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama. He’s an active member of the Alabama CCIM Chapter and ICSC and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. Matthew is excited to kick off his career in commercial real estate, build strong relationships, and keep learning along the way.

We are incredibly proud of Bethany Hopkins for earning her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)!

This prestigious achievement reflects Bethany’s dedication, professionalism, and expertise in property management. The CPM certification is a rigorous 12- to 24-month program covering eight core competency courses and a two-part final exam, demonstrating her deep knowledge of financial operations, marketing, maintenance, and overall property management principles.
