Recently, Bryan Holt, Principal at Southpace, curated and led a retail panel at the inaugural Birmingham Business Alliance (BBA) Regional Economic Development Summit with Jamey Flegal and Kevin Jennings from Noon Real Estate, as well as Robby Cather of Stewart Perry. A Birmingham native and Auburn University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Bill holds the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. As a past president of the Alabama CCIM Chapter, Bill's commitment to excellence is evident. He is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Sales Club and a Vulcan Award recipient, showcasing his outstanding contributions to the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bill serves as a Birmingham Board of Realtors Member and National Association of Realtors Member. In his community, he has held leadership roles, including Past Chairman of the Million Dollar Sales Club Committee and President of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Birmingham.

Bill has an extensive background in diverse real estate projects, ranging from in-fill townhomes and garden homes to complex apartment developments and site location strategies. His expertise is both dynamic and versatile, making him a standout professional in the field. 💼

But what truly sets Bill apart? In 1984, he earned the 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐂𝐈𝐌) designation, a testament to his unwavering commitment to continuous growth and excellence. Bill's achievements don't end there – he has played pivotal roles, serving as the national CCIM instructor since 1990 and teaching in the Field Artillery branch of the U.S. Army as a Tac Officer.

Among his accolades, Bill was recognized by his peers as the CI 104 Instructor of the Year in 2006 and received the prestigious Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year award in 2007. His dedication to education led the CI Institute faculty to name him CI 104 Senior Instructor of the Year in both 2013 and 2014.

In 2008, the Alabama CCIM Chapter honored Bill Moss with a Named Endowment Scholarship established in his name.

Not stopping there, in 2018 and 2019, Bill served on the CI Institute's Executive Committee and its Board of Directors, further solidifying his commitment to the CCIM community. In 2018, he also took on the role of Vice Chair of the CI Faculty Committee.

Meet Bryan Holt, CCIM, CLS, the exceptional Principal of Southpace Properties, who brings nearly three decades of real estate expertise. With a strong background in commercial construction, and an impressive educational journey, Bryan became an invaluable part of our team in 1997.

As a Southpace Properties' Principal since 2010, Bryan expertly leads our retail division, specializing in retail tenant representation and investment sales. He's an expert in retail tenant representation and investment sales, having worked with some of the biggest names in American retail.

Bryan's credentials speak volumes - he's earned the prestigious CCIM and CLS designations, earned spots on Birmingham's Top 40 under 40 and Heavy Hitters in Real Estate lists, and even led the Alabama CCIM Chapter as President in 2016. Most recently, Bryan served an integral part of the national Retail Brokers Network Executive Committee, ascending to President in 2022 and serving as Past President in 2023.
