Southpace is competing again this year in the @exceptionalfoundation 21st Annual Chili Cook-Off! Join us on Saturday, March 1st, at Brookwood Village, with voting starting at 10:30 AM.

Be sure to stop by our tent to try Southpace’s winning chili, made from Dianne's homemade recipe.

Coming Soon! 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee Shop is set to take over the former Sonic location on Montclair Road. Blake Thomas is representing the tenant in securing this 29,090 SF site.

Grand Opening! @valvoline in Opelika officially opened this past Tuesday, January 14th. Sam Centeno and Bryan Holt proudly represented the tenant in this deal.

This marks the 10th service center in Alabama and the 56th in the Real South market—a 3-bay store ready to serve. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Torque Motor Suites hosted their first open house at their model unit in Blue Ash, Cincinnati, and it was a huge success. Attendees got a first look at the space, experiencing the vision come to life with the model's design and features.

Meet Emily! Emily joined Southpace Properties in October 2024, bringing expertise in document control, office administration, and project support. She’s skilled at ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

She graduated from the University of Alabama, where she was part of the Million Dollar Band's color guard. Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with her three cats: Debra Champagne, Penguin, and Spicy Betty.
