Meet Ellison! Ellison joined Southpace Properties as our Office Administrator, bringing experience in communication, client support, and organizational coordination. She graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in English Writing and a B.S. in Global Studies with a business focus. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, snow skiing, horseback riding, and traveling. Japan is her favorite destination and a major influence on her love of global culture. Ellison is excited to support the Southpace team and continue growing her career in commercial real estate.

Celebrating 20 Years with Southpace!

This month marks 20 years since Steve Lazarus joined Southpace in 2005. Over the past two decades, Steve has made a lasting impact on our team and clients. From his collaborative spirit to his expertise in multifamily and investment sales, Steve has played a vital role in shaping the success and culture of Southpace.

Southpace was honored to take part in Transformation Tuesday at The University of Alabama last night. Five of our alumni returned to Tuscaloosa to speak with students about what we do in commercial real estate.

We enjoyed connecting with students and sharing more about Southpace, highlighting our work in retail tenant representation, explaining what we do day to day, and about how each of us found our way into the business.

It was great to be back on campus and reconnect with where it all began. Thank you to Wes Herring of The Alabama Center for Real Estate for having us!

Our team had a great time at the CREW Annual Golf Tournament earlier this week! Steve, Andrew, Blake, and Alex represented Southpace and brought home a 2nd-place finish. A big shoutout to Stephanie for planning and hosting such a great event!

So proud of Bradley Keller and Alex Holt for taking the next step toward earning their CCIM designation by completing the CCIM 104 course this past week, taught by Tim Blair and Southpace’s very own Bill Moss!

Southpace has a long history with the Alabama CCIM Chapter, with five of our alumni serving as past presidents. It’s great to see our young brokers continue that legacy and invest in their professional growth.

We also had a great time co-hosting the CCIM Happy Hour with Cadence Bank to kick off the week and connect with industry friends and colleagues!
