Recent Done Deals & New Client!

Blake Thomas represented 7 Brew in their new location on Lakeshore Parkway, which just recently opened.

Sam Centeno, Bradley Keller and Alex Holt were recently hired by VEG, Veterinary Emergency Group to represent them in their ongoing expansion.

Stephanie Hill represented the landlord in backfilling two vacancies in Five Points South, bringing Bandido Coffee and its sister concept, Bandido Brunch and Social, to the former What’s On 2nd and Iron City Pizza spaces.

In Huntsville, Garrett Laurie represented the landlord on a 15-year ground lease with Chase Bank on Winchester Road.

Bryan Holt, Sam Centeno, and Bradley Keller represented Valvoline in securing their new location in Montgomery, Alabama, which opened in early February.

Meet Ellison! Ellison joined Southpace Properties as our Office Administrator, bringing experience in communication, client support, and organizational coordination. She graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in English Writing and a B.S. in Global Studies with a business focus. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, snow skiing, horseback riding, and traveling. Japan is her favorite destination and a major influence on her love of global culture. Ellison is excited to support the Southpace team and continue growing her career in commercial real estate.
