Southpace has been busy this summer with the addition of five new members joining the Southpace Team!

Tyler Bradford joins us as a Director, bringing valuable leadership experience and strategic management. Nicole Predhomme, with her strong background in managing diverse portfolios, will be one of our new Property Managers, while Alex Holt, who is new to property management, brings a fresh perspective and eagerness to learn in his new role. Andrew Collat steps in as an Associate Broker, eager to expand our client relationships and drive success. Isabella Amezquita joins us as our Retail Coordinator, bringing a fresh and organized perspective to supporting the retail team.

Meet Blair Boyer, our dedicated executive assistant who joined Southpace in August 2023. Blair is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, holding a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science. With extensive experience in property management and lease administration, Blair has previously worked for two Birmingham-based commercial real estate companies and a healthcare real estate company in Chicago, where she earned the prestigious Rising Star in Healthcare CRE award.

Outside of work, Blair loves spending time with her friends, family, and her son, Hudson. She also enjoys traveling and actively fundraises for Children's of Alabama, the March of Dimes, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Blair's commitment to her community extends to volunteer work at the Phoenix House Rehabilitation Centre and the Trussville Health & Wellness Center.
