Cooper's passion for real estate led him to earn a Masters in Real Estate and Development from 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐨𝐧 in 2022. 𝐀𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 began her journey in Commercial Real Estate in December 2013 and joined #Southpace in January 2019, specializing in 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭/𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Aside from her professional commitments, Alyssa is devoted to her family, being a wife to Chris and a mother of two girls, Blakely and Avery. She actively engages in community service, volunteering weekly at a transitional homeless shelter, and is a member of 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬.
