Torque Motor Suites hosted their first open house at their model unit in Blue Ash, Cincinnati, and it was a huge success. Attendees got a first look at the space, experiencing the vision come to life with the model's design and features.

Meet Emily! Emily joined Southpace Properties in October 2024, bringing expertise in document control, office administration, and project support. She’s skilled at ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

She graduated from the University of Alabama, where she was part of the Million Dollar Band's color guard. Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with her three cats: Debra Champagne, Penguin, and Spicy Betty.

Huge congratulations to our team for wrapping up some fantastic deals!

Congrats to Alex Benson for securing a 1,300 SF location to bring Wingstop to Helena! Alex served as the tenant rep for this exciting new addition.

Alyssa and Stephanie successfully leased a 1,495 SF space in Homewood, welcoming Ann James Hair Co. to the area. Great work as the Landlord Reps!

Blake Thomas teamed up with Claude Tindle from Longleaf Realty to close the sale of a 25,580 SF industrial warehouse in Moody, representing the seller.

Meet Isabella! Isabella joined Southpace in July 2024 as our Retail Coordinator, bringing a background in Marketing, Real Estate, and Sales from The University of Alabama, where she graduated with honors.

Originally from Houston, TX, she is passionate about teamwork and building meaningful relationships as she begins her career. Eager to learn and grow in the industry, Isabella values hands-on learning. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and discovering new experiences with friends.

Meet Andrew! Andrew just joined Southpace Properties as an Associate Broker, bringing in over a year of experience in the industry.

He graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and a focus on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Andrew is actively involved with the Alabama CCIM Chapter and ICSC. His focus is on retail tenant representation, working with top retail brands alongside Tyler Bradford. He’s eager to grow within the industry and build meaningful connections along the way.
