Last week we were pretty excited to learn that two Southpace transactions landed on the Birmingham Business Journal’s top Commercial Real Estate Deals of the Year for 2014.

Whole Foods Market – Riverchase Village – Hoover, AL

The transaction: David represented the landlord in the leasing of 50,000+ SF to Whole Foods Market at Riverchase Village, located at the corner of Highway 31 and Lorna Road in Hoover, Alabama. This will be their second store location in the Birmingham area.
