  • Is the mezzanine included? Yes, a stylish, 400 square foot mezzanine will be installed in each condo.
  • Do I have my choice of unit location? Yes, if it is available at the time of your paid reservation.
  • Is there an HOA fee? Yes, this location will have a small monthly HOA fee.
  • Who pays the property taxes and insurance? Since you are the owner, you are responsible for the taxes and insurance, just like your home residence.
  • Can I buy multiple units to make one larger unit? Yes, of course, if they are adjoining side to side, or front to back. Front to back combos will allow the ability for “pull-through” access.
  • Is there an access door in addition to the main garage door? Yes, there is a standard insulated exterior door included in all units.
  • Who will complete the interior for me? We offer a choice of local contractors, or you can use yours with our pre-approval.
  • Is there a full bathroom included? We include a basic bathroom with toilet and sink. You can customize your bathroom as you wish.
  • Is there a clubhouse? Yes, there will be an upscale clubhouse that members will have access to.
  • What kind of electrical power will there be? Each unit will have 200-amp service with 240v hook-up available.
  • What is the wind rating? We comply with the current construction codes for Alabama.
  • What kind of windows will each unit have? We are installing a high-rated UV glass. Specs will be available at a later date.
