Patrick Sullivan
Patrick Sullivan, Associate Broker, joined Southpace Properties in September of 2021 after working in sales while living in Pensacola, FL. Patrick graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, specializing in Professional Sales. Patrick specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation. Patrick’s area of expertise includes site selection, trade area analysis, lease and contract negotiation, traffic analysis, & market development planning. He is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has completed CI -101 and CI-102. Patrick is passionate about working in the commercial real estate industry and enjoys the people-to-people relationships that coincide within the business.
