This unique Mexican restaurant features a vibrant wrestling theme, adding a fun and distinctive flair to the dining experience. Meet Tyler! Tyler brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, now stepping into the role of Director at Southpace to lead and support the brokerage team.

His career began at Books-A-Million, where he rose to Vice President of Real Estate, building extensive market expertise and handling deals across major cities in the U.S. Now focused on retail brokerage and development, Tyler specializes in single-tenant properties and advises property owners on strategic decisions.

With a passion for mentorship, he uses his industry knowledge to guide and teach young professionals. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and planning their next adventure.

Done Deal Alert! Patrick Sullivan of Southpace Properties successfully represented the seller in the acquisition of an H&E Equipment Rental investment property located in Madison, Alabama. The deal encompassed a 17,500 square foot building on 5 acres of land.

Meet Blair Boyer, our dedicated executive assistant who joined Southpace in August 2023. Blair is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, holding a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science. With extensive experience in property management and lease administration, Blair has previously worked for two Birmingham-based commercial real estate companies and a healthcare real estate company in Chicago, where she earned the prestigious Rising Star in Healthcare CRE award.

Outside of work, Blair loves spending time with her friends, family, and her son, Hudson. She also enjoys traveling and actively fundraises for Children's of Alabama, the March of Dimes, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Blair's commitment to her community extends to volunteer work at the Phoenix House Rehabilitation Centre and the Trussville Health & Wellness Center.
