Luke holds a degree in 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 from 𝐂𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, where he developed expertise in sales and client relations. His tenure at Southpace has deepened his understanding of market dynamics and client needs.

Cooper's passion for real estate led him to earn a Masters in Real Estate and Development from 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐨𝐧 in 2022. With valuable industry experience gained from internships at Coro Realty Advisors, Chick-fil-a Real Estate, and GBT, Cooper brings a sharp focus on acquisitions and site selection to our team. 𝐀𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 began her journey in Commercial Real Estate in December 2013 and joined #Southpace in January 2019, specializing in 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭/𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Aside from her professional commitments, Alyssa is devoted to her family, being a wife to Chris and a mother of two girls, Blakely and Avery. She actively engages in community service, volunteering weekly at a transitional homeless shelter, and is a member of 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬.
